What GCs and homeowners say

"Fourteen foundations in three years and the grade has never come back wrong. Calls me before I call her when weather shifts."
Mike Kovacs · PM · Keystone Custom Homes

Sarah D. · Homeowner · Upper St. Clair

Common questions

How long does a basement dig take?+
Most residential foundations run 3–5 days once we're on site. Weather and soil conditions can shift that either direction.
What if you hit rock?+
We stop and call you before we swing the hammer. No surprise charges — you see the options and decide.
Do I need a permit?+
Usually yes — it varies by township. We'll tell you exactly what you need and who to call before we start.
What do you NOT do?+
We don't do septic systems, blasting, jobs over 25,000 CY, or out-of-state work. If the job's outside our scope, we'll say so and point you to someone who can help.
